Job Summary:
As a Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role as the customer's primary point of contact for all Commercial and Residential maintenance needs. Your expertise will be essential in efficiently planning and coordinating our skilled plumbers' schedules to align with our customer's specific requirements seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage all maintenance jobs from quotation to completion
- Maintain constant contact with servicemen to coordinate, delegate, and follow up on jobs and progress
- Engage and inform customers about the status of their jobs
- Create job sheets and maintain the customer database
- Assist in the project management of larger jobs
- Manage customer contracts and process invoices
- General office administration and customer service
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Building & Construction industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, AroFlo experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and influence outcomes
- You would describe yourself as bubbly and positive with a can-do attitude
- Team player mentality with the ability to work well with all stakeholders
