Job description
  • A highly respected company with an ever increasing portfolio of detailed high spec projects to $30m spanning health, education, government, labs and more
  • They have secured their work for the rest of 2024/2025 financial year and are seeking an accomplished CA to work on one of their key new projects
  • You will be teamed with one of the company’s existing Senior PM’s
  • Intermediate CA role for an individual who has strong experience at PC or CA level within a head contract environment.
  • You must have strong building knowledge and experience in scoping,  letting and managing subcontract packages including structure and high end finishes wihin commercial construction
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting utilising cost management software such as Jobpac, Cheops or Procore
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
  • Exceptional management team that mentor and develop their staff
  • Flexibility to be based on site or in the office in Melbourne’s inner east
  • Salary package in the $120k - $150k range, depending upon experience
