Project Architect

My client, an award winning design firm that focuses on luxury homes and boutique apartments. They are now looking for an interior documentor to join their supportive and passionate team! The practice not only excels in their sector, having a significant name in the high end home sector but they also excel in how they take care of their employees offering flexibility and a family environment!

You'll be working closely with the director on award winning and no budget homes while also working along side a team of talented interior designers and documentors.

Responsibilities and expectations

• Working closely with clients and coordinating with all sub consultants
• Running projects from start to finish
• Coordination of team
• Taking projects after concept
• Taking a leadership role in the office, people will look to you for advice & direction
• Running of projects

Skills & experience

• Experience in boutique projects, especially high-end residential
• 8-10 years experience
• High proficient in Revit including documentation
• All-rounder capabilities with proven experience in all phases of a project
