Location – Inner West Suburbs
Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 + super

About the Position

Harnessing your expertise Project Coordination, you will oversee and navigate each phase of the client's home construction journey, from Contract to Handover. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will unite efforts towards a shared objective: assisting clients in realising their dream home with utmost satisfaction.
As part of your role, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
  • Managing and preparing building contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinating and updating colour schedules to meet client preferences and project requirements.
  • Collaborating with consultants and authorities to gather necessary documents and reports for construction projects, such as working drawings, soil reports, and energy reports.
  • Requesting and obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to support cost estimation and project planning.
  • Supporting the Estimators and Supervisors by preparing packs and providing assistance as needed.
  • Ensuring effective client communication and liaison throughout the project life cycle, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on progress.

About You
  • Experience in residential construction is essential, volume builder experience would be highly advantageous.
  • You flourish in fast-paced and deadline-driven work cultures.
  • You embrace challenges with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and meticulous in all aspects of work, particularly in communication.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and actively contributes to achieve shared goals.
