We're seeking a collaborative individual ready to contribute to diverse daily operations. Your responsibilities encompass:
  • Professionally greet, welcome, and direct visitors.
  • Receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls.
  • Prepare and execute sales contract documentation and assist the sales team.
  • Handle contract administration tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM database.
  • Order and restock stationery and office supplies.
  • Provide general office administration support.
  • Assist in coordinating company functions and events.
  • Manage staff contact lists and new starter administration.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Provide support to different departments as needed.
This position is tailor-made for an administrator who thrives as the central hub of the workspace.
  • Minimum 2 years in an Administrative, Customer Service or Reception position
  • Building and Construction Industry experience is preferred
  • Adept at precise daily data input and task management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Reliably adhere to timelines and prioritise
