The Company:
- Over 40+ years’ operating in Victoria.
- Fantastic pipeline of repeat clients, built from long lasting relationships.
- Experts within new sewage reticulation and trunk outfall works.
The Role:
- Full time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
- Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
- The expectation would be for the candidate to be solely based within the office and on site when required.
- Directly reporting into the HSEQ Manager and operations team.
- Collaboratively work alongside the company HSEQ to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
- Training and upskilled direct staff.
- Conduct on site and system audits against projects and machinery.
- Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s.
- Supporting toolbox and consultation meetings and providing feedback.
- Internal auditing of sites for EHS and QA compliance across projects, workshop and office.
Must have:
- 2 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS
- Minimum of Certificate III in OHS
- Experience working within Civil sector.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Full driver’s licence (the role will require you to use company vehicles to drive to various sites throughout the day).
