Job description
Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSE Coordinators within Melbourne for a long-standing Civil construction contractor.
 
The Company:
  • Over 40+ years’ operating in Victoria.
  • Fantastic pipeline of repeat clients, built from long lasting relationships.
  • Experts within new sewage reticulation and trunk outfall works.
 
The Role:
  • Full time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
  • Review/report on matters pertaining to OH&S on site.
  • The expectation would be for the candidate to be solely based within the office and on site when required.
  • Directly reporting into the HSEQ Manager and operations team.
  • Collaboratively work alongside the company HSEQ to plan ongoing OH&S requirements.
  • Training and upskilled direct staff.
  • Conduct on site and system audits against projects and machinery.
  • Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s.
  • Supporting toolbox and consultation meetings and providing feedback.
  • Internal auditing of sites for EHS and QA compliance across projects, workshop and office.
 
Must have:
  • 2 years+ experience in a similar OH&S/WHS
  • Minimum of Certificate III in OHS
  • Experience working within Civil sector.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full driver’s licence (the role will require you to use company vehicles to drive to various sites throughout the day).
