Job Description: As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for all Commercial Technical project needs. Your expertise will be essential in efficiently ensure regular weekly and monthly administration tasks are flawlessly completed along picking up ad-hoc tasks that may need urgent attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff administration tasks, including timesheet approvals, monitoring of working hours, apprentice schooling, and OHS compliance.
  • Assist in scheduling with the Service Manager and conduct employee inductions.
  • Handle financial administration duties such as payroll reporting and cost allocation to projects.
  • Utilise Microsoft packages for document preparation and spreadsheet management.
  • Maintain office supplies, handle phone calls, and manage email inquiries.
  • Coordinate vehicle management tasks, including E-tags, insurances, and fuel cards.
  • Reconcile receipts with purchase orders for financial accuracy.
  • Arrange miscellaneous team activities like Xmas parties and toolbox meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role within the Building & Construction industry, ideally within Electrical or Plumbing
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, SIMPRO experience is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and influence outcomes
  • You would describe yourself as bubbly and positive with a can-do attitude
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work well with all stakeholders
