The Position

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven record of success, who has a real passion for the home building industry. The ideal applicant will be skilled at persuading an outcome whilst genuinely caring about their customers experience.

This position is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling sales jobs around - helping people to build their dream homes. As part of the role, you would be required to manage new leads, present new home construction tenders to potential customers and discuss design variations for award-winning architectural designs.

The right candidate will be highly motivated, humble and driven to succeed by creating relationships in every area, to achieve the best possible sales results.

Applicants Key Assets:

  • You must have exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record in sales from lead acquisition through to a proficient and successful sales close
  • Experience working within the project home industry whilst demonstrating sound building and construction knowledge
  • At least 2 years in a smilar position for a local builder is essential
