Due to their ongoing success, they are now seeking a talented and experienced HR administrator. If you have a minimum of two years of experience in a high volume and fast-paced environment, OR a proven track record of success in recruitment administration, then we would love to hear from you.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Here’s what your day could look like:
  • Maintaining employee records including personal information, job descriptions, and employment contracts.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Processing employee onboarding including conducting orientations and ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed
  • Providing support for the administration for employee programs, training programs, and benefit plans
  • Assisting with the maintenance of HR related databases and records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
