This Well-known and Respected Construction and Fitout Company, are looking for an Estimator to join their team.
Builder & Project(s)
- A long standing and well recognised Tier 3 builder delivering a broad range of projects across Government, Industrial, Health and Commercial
- 10 years of excellence across their multiple offices in Victoria
- Delivering projects across Fitout, Refurbishment and New builds
- Innovative and driven team(s)
- Project sizes range from $1mil to $40mil
The Role:
- Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works
- Detailed take-offs
- Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings
- Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently
- Initially working within a team environment as well as WFM autonomously (during COVID19)
- Gather and manage the tender documentation
- Knowledge of industry standards and prices
Must Have
- Construction related degree
- Knowledge and understanding of industry standards and prices
- 3+ Years as an Estimator on these types of jobs locally
- New build experience is preferable but not essential
