They've recently expanded to Victoria, and are now looking to have a coordinator who is passionate about customer experience and helping clients through a difficult time join their team.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a part of the construction team, you will work closely with the clients and contractors. An integral part of the project, you will be responsible for the claim administration and delivery.

  • Manage repair files and updating them accordingly
  • Document customer specifications in accordance with compliance
  • Submit reports and invoices
  • Record specifications through the online portal
  • Engage & schedule with the repair panel of contractors
  • Phone and email management
  • Adhoc administration duties when required

TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • Experience in insurance, construction, data-entry or administration is highly advantageous
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • You take a proactive approach to your work
  • Ability to confidently liaise with trades and key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • You are seeking a role where you can learn and grow
