About the role:
The successful candidate will be reporting into a hands-on Estimating Manager and supported by a collaborative team.
- Quantifying materials and labour required on each job
- Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs
- Maintain price files within estimating software
- Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed
- Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations
- Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
- Working closely with internal departments
To be considered:
- Driven, motivated and team-oriented personality
- Estimating experience of 5 years minimum with a home builder - ideally coming from a volume backgroud.
- Must have exposure to both production and sales estimating
- Databuild experience
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- You must have the following:
- Local experience and have a strong understanding of Victorian building codes and regulations
- Must have permanent work rights
