ROLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: OTE $250,000 - $300,000
LOCATION: North West
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you an ambitious Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re on the hunt for someone who can help grow the business and make a real impact. You'll be responsible for:
  • Managing valued clients and achieving sales targets.
  • Sourcing and securing wholesale projects with new and existing clients.
  • Identifying prospects and building strong relationships.
  • Maintaining company image and profile.
  • Sharing the company story with the market and supplying them with company information.
  • Meeting sales targets and budgets.
  • Providing exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and environmental changes.
  • Attending industry networking events and making valuable connections.
  • Sales/BDM experience with a Residential Builder or Property Developer is highly desirable
  • Strong contacts and industry connections
  • You are commercially minded, driven and ambitious
  • You have the gift of the gab and enjoy making new connections
