Site Manager - Fit out and Refurbishment projects up to $80m

My client, a reputable and highly successful Builder in Victoria are recruiting a Site Manager for their Interiors Division.

As a leader in this business, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Major Refurbishment projects ranging from $20-80m in value, working with high profile clients and leading a high-performing team.
No two projects are the same; Government Buildings, 5* Hotels, Student Accommodation and more.

You will be responsible for:

• The delivery of projects to the highest standard
• Scheduling trades and construction programs
• Liaising with the client and subcontractors to complete the project on time and budget
• OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to on site
• Meeting Time, Cost and Quality milestones throughout the project program

You must have:

• Several years' experience as a Site Manager delivering similar projects
• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects in excess of $20m
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build great working relationships with colleagues, contractors and clients
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Project and Acconex for reporting
• Positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail
• Trade or tertiary qualifications alongside proven experience
