Key Responsibilities

• Initially work on the back-end construction phase of a large-scale institutional/ public project.
• Act as superintendent to the contract execution, and manage builders and consultants.
• Direct technical staff through documentation changes
• Handle a complex site
  

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience delivering a large-scale complex project through construction phase
• Health or education experience
• Experience working on large scale ($100M plus) projects
• Confidence liaising with builders, consultants and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of Revit
• Ability to spot defects and sketch solutions on site
