Job description
My client, a leading national high-end design firm is looking for Senior Architect with a minimum or six-years practice-based Revit experience with a solid foundation of concept development and documentation experience in high-end residential architecture.
The ideal candidate will be required to mentor, implement, and contribute to updating processes. They must be passionate about working on Australia’s best residences and feel compelled to contribute holistically to the design, documentation and co-ordination of these projects.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry on some of the most impressive projects and sites that can be imagined.

- Degree qualified in architecture.
- min 6 years of experience – ideally high-end residential
- Advanced Revit and Enscape skills
- Full understanding of the design process
- Ability to sketch architectural and interior design drawings/concepts.
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to mentor junior staff
- Adaptable to tasks of any scale
- Collaborative and an excellent communicator.

- Design and documentation in Revit.
- Mentoring of junior staff.
- Budget Management.
- Work with the team to create an architectural design through the exercise of knowledge, imagination, judgement, and professional responsibility, working independently and in collaboration with others.
- Project set-up and pre-design function.
- Relationship management.
- Practice management.
- Design with sustainability in mind with regards to building form, orientation, materials, and systems
