Sales Estimating Coordinator

Due to stable growth, they are looking for an experienced person with a sales estimating background to join the team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to;

• Producing accurate documentation within specified time frames
• Resolving ordering oversights and making amendments as required
• Liaising with supervisors, suppliers, trades people, and contractors
• Providing superior customer service
• Coordinating offshore estimating activity and checking works
• Workflow management
• Manage and motivate external contractors to obtain optimal accuracy & productivity of estimates while providing mentoring, coaching, support and feedback

To be Considered

• A minimum of 1 years experience as an Estimator with a volume home builder in VIC
• Highly organised and able to meet tight deadlines
• Thorough work ethic and a knack for multitasking
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Must have permanent work rights
• Liaising with offshore contractors would be highly favourable
