The Opportunity

  • Stable builder with diversified interests - they have undergone sustained organic growth and always have 15-20 projects in the field
  • Defined structure and accredited systems - General Manager, Construction Manager, Commercial Manager, dedicated People & Culture Manager and more
  • A newly created role due to internal promotion – you will have a high calibre CA and SM team to support you
  • D&C and/or live environment project experience would be beneficial.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects in the $2m-$10m range within the Australian construction industry.
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills - familiarity with Jobpac would be benefical
