Project Manager – Land Development
Delivering Minor Infrastructure upgrades, Residential and Commercial Land Developments, Utilities upgrades and recreational facilities right across Australia, this employer is the country’s largest urban developer, privately owned and going strong for over 40 years.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to delivery work in direct conjunction with our clients and help secure repeat work with our trusted partners. You will be expected to provide onsite Engineering services and technical support while ticking all the boxes for Safety, Environmental, Specification, Design, and Contractual requirements across your portfolio of projects.

Ideal candidates will need to have experience in Land Development, Residential Subdivisions, Earthworks, Drainage, and Road Construction. They will also require the ability to build relationships with Clients, Contractors, and all associated stakeholders.

On the technical side of things, you will be required to possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and over 10 years’ experience in the civil construction industry with over two years’ experience in Project Management.
