The Builder

  • Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Defence, Health, Residential and Commercial.
  • Built some of Australia's most iconic projects
  • Projects Range from $10mil to $1bil+

The Role

Seeking a Project Engineer with a proven track record in managing detailed and tight programme projects specifically in the government, health or institutional sectors. The project is a 6 month contract, due start

The Project Engineer will be responsible for;

  • Programming, planning and status of works on site
  • Coordination of shop drawings and delivery of all key materials
  • Supervision of trade works on site alongside Area Foremen
  • Management of authorities' permit and approvals
  • Value management of design to improve commercial outcomes
  • Coordination of consultants' design & construction documentation
  • Quality management & audits of trade packages

What We Are Looking For?

  • Construction related degree
  • Demonstrable experience as a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator on Commercial Projects locally
  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar role
