Project Architect (Residential - High end)

Your Company
Led by passionate directors, this team is young, dynamic and multicultural, with a range of personal interests and specialities. Members of the firm work closely with their clients, builders and individual contractors to ensure that the building expresses the client it was built for and everything needed is in its place. 

Your role 

• Leading a team of 3 or 4
• Running 4 to 5 residential projects at one time
• Project management which includes financial 
• Documenting (hands on)
• Client and consultant engagement
• Autonomous role
• Mentoring

Skill to Succeed 

• Passionate, driven and flexible 
• MUST have 6 years minimum local experience
• MUST have solid revit understanding (practical experience)
• Eye for design
• Team leader personalities (sets good examples)
• Solid communication skills (verbal & written)

Visa

• You must have working rights in Australia.
