About the Role:

As the Bid & Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind their winning proposals and impactful marketing collateral. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating submission activities and managing team resources
  • Developing tailored content for bid proposals and maintaining submission materials
  • Strategising for positioning and inclusion on tender lists
  • Supporting strategic plans and initiatives to expand client base and enhance our market presence
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on PR, events, and client engagement initiatives
  • Assisting with internal and external communications, including newsletters, website content, and social media

About YOU:

  • 3 – 5 years of bid management experience preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors
  • Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, well-organised, and collaborative team player
