New Home Sales Consultant

Location – Greenvale, Melbourne
Salary - $55,000 - $60,000 + 1.8% commission + super

Roles & Responsibilities

• Interact with customers throughout the sales process involves various tasks such as;

• Managing the display home's opening and closing procedures

• Conducting walk-throughs

• Understanding client requirements

• Consulting with our Sales Estimator for pricing

• Responding to inquiries, and finalising the sale

• Build your knowledge of luxury home design and construction, product updates, land developments, council regulations, building codes, and covenant requirements.

• Generate and nurture leads from different sources by following up with customers and building relationships with developers.

To be considered:

• Proven track record of sales record in Australian Building Industry, Knock Down Rebuild experience preferred

• Sound understanding of the construction industry, RESCODE, local council rules & town planning process

• Having a customer-centric approach and the ability to cultivate strong relationships

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
