Multi skilled and experienced Maintenance team leader required to oversee the activities of a team of engineers overlooking the breakdown and repair activities on niche machinery.
Our client is an industry leader within food manufacturing. As a result of continued success and an ongoing program of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Multi Skilled Maintenance Team Leader to complement their established and successful team.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the maintenance function tasked with ensuring the safe and efficient operational maintenance on a range of attractions and special purpose machinery.

Core responsibilities for this varied and challenging role will include (but not be limited to):
- Ensure appropriate resources and time are available for the application of systematic approach to engineering maintenance.
- Ensure weekly maintenance reviews and planning meetings routinely occur and the effective outcomes are monitored / reported.
- Having a hands on approach towards Mechanical Maintenance
- Monitor plant operational efficiency and reliability identifying areas of under performance and implement plans to deliver an improvement; documenting the impact of success in time and/or financial return.
- Ensure a standardised approach to maintenance is implemented across all shifts and process.
