Currently boasting 13 live projects with a Strong pipeline of work in 2024 consistent of residential builds from 10 million - 40 Million. With a strong presence in the South East and Mornignton they are after top carpenters in the region to join their maintenance team.
About the Role: High-End Maintenance Carpenter
As a High-End Maintenance Residential Carpenter, you'll be responsible for the after care on some of Melbourne's most prestegious builds. The work is diverse and it could be from as little as moving a washing machien to bathroom/kitchen full renovations and anything in betweem.

About the Role: High-End Maintenance Carpenter

Duties of the Role:
- Meticulous Woodworking: Create, assemble, and install high-quality wooden structures, furnishings, and features with exceptional attention to detail.
- Renovation: Transform existing spaces through expert remodeling, seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics with classic design elements.
- Finishing Excellence: Apply expert-level finishing techniques, ensuring surfaces are flawlessly smooth, polished, and ready to enchant.
- Customization: Craft bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with a team of skilled tradesman and professionals to execute projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize an array of tools and equipment with finesse, showcasing your technical prowess in every task.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients and team members to ensure project objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
- Customer service: Represent the company with utmost respect, be well presented with a great attidute
- QA: Priorotise quality assurance on any work conducted by yourself or other trades
