Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Licenced Maintenance Plumber to join a growing company in the Northwest Suburbs of Melbourne.
This is a unique opportunity to potentially be a key player in establishing and leading a new plumbing team, as well as enjoying lucrative benefits based on performance.
The successful candidate will conduct and sign off maintenance works, while also being a lead influencer in building a maintenance plumbing team.
The company was established specifically to service properties as per Estate Agents/Landlord requirements, offering consistent and reliable work-flow to employees while providing maintenance and ongoing support to customers

Key Responsibilities:
- Signing off on works
- Building Maintenance Team and intergrating with senior management
- Conducting renewals and repairs
- Diagnosing and fixing leaks
- Managing hot and cold water services
- Overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks
- Valid plumbing license (VBA)
- Plumbing Licence
- Proven experience in residential maintenance plumbing
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
