One of Melbourne's leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment companies is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator ready to take the next step in to project management. With works in the commercial office, government and retail sectors they have an abundance of high quality projects ready to go.

Experience:

• Experienced in Commercial fitouts
• Extensive knowledge and network with Melbourne Subcontractors
• Experience working on commercial projects in excess of $2M
• A Project Management / construction qualification
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• An out-standing eye for quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in reading technical drawings and all construction processes
• Full Australian working rights and Current Victorian Drivers License

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects from start to finish
• Liaising with all clients, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors
• Managing all aspects of project scheduling
• Reviewing Tenders
• Overseeing Budget management and construction costs
• Maintaining our high standards of quality
