This builder has an outstanding reputation in the industry as both an employer and as a builder. With a strong client-base and return investors they have been moving from strength to strength already doubling their office and work in the last year.

An opportunity is now available for either an experienced Snr Construction Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career or an experienced Construction Manager to join and create their own stamp within the construction team.

Experience/Skills required:

  • Experience managing deliveries of small to medium construction projects - volume construction experience is preferable
  • Ability to accurately interpret plans and specifications
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Ability to efficiently prioritise and achieve various project deadlines
  • Demonstrable negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skill
  • Showing an appetite to further grow own skills and knowledge



The Role

  • Attending program meetings and helping with the delivery of the project within the construction time frame
  • As the Construction Manager, you will be in the position to provide advice, support, guidance and training
  • Reporting and working alongside the senior management team to ensure a smooth project delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, ordering and scheduling materials and works
  • Managing timelines and budgets
  • Client management
  • The role will be mainly satelite, however there will be an office from which you can base yourself in Derrimut
  • Weekly meeting with management team at the South Melbourne office

  • Strong experience in delivering volume and townhouse projects
  • Diploma or degree in project management or similar
  • Ideally trade background and trade qualified
  • Sound ability to liaise with clients in a professional manner
  • Fantastic time management, organisational and communication skills
  • Highly organised and the ability to prioritise workflow
