About the Role: Civil Director
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to expand their Civil Engineering Design team presence across Australia, covering rail, road, utilities, transport infrastructure, water, and renewables.
Team Building: Attract, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of civil engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Project Oversight: Oversee key civil engineering projects, ensuring the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions in rail, road, utilities, transport infrastructure, water, and renewables.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Skills and Experience:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within civil engineering, with a track record of team management and business growth.
Diverse Project Experience: Background in civil engineering projects involving rail, road, utilities, transport infrastructure, water, and renewables.
