My client has around 70 employees and boasts 30+ Master Builder awards, with generally having 14 plus proejcts on the go.

- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design plans.
- Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to achieve the highest level of precision and quality in all woodworking projects.
- Manage and mentor junior carpenters, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end custom builds.
- Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans and design specifications.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior carpenters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-end custom carpentry.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
