PERMANENT FULL TIME ROLE - Part Time will be considered

  • Manage the tender process, overseeing it from initial enquiry through to submission
  • Contribute to the development of bid content and implement bid process controls
  • Collaborate in proofreading, editing, and writing documents to ensure their quality prior to submission
  • Ensure written communications exhibit a high attention to detail, emphasising accuracy and thoroughness
  • Format submission documents throughout the entire process, including the final stage
  • Coordinate with the internal departments to establish key responsibilities in the tender process & ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives
  • Create captivating content, including ads, brochures, website content, and social media posts
  • Drive engagement and growth on social media platforms to expand our online presence
  • Plan and organise company events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
  • Support senior executives by assisting with any ad hoc needs

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Building & Construction industry
  • Proven experience in Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • You take initiative, ask questions and drive for results
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work well with all stakeholders
