THE ROLE:
- Manage the tender process, overseeing it from initial enquiry through to submission
- Contribute to the development of bid content and implement bid process controls
- Collaborate in proofreading, editing, and writing documents to ensure their quality prior to submission
- Ensure written communications exhibit a high attention to detail, emphasising accuracy and thoroughness
- Format submission documents throughout the entire process, including the final stage
- Coordinate with the internal departments to establish key responsibilities in the tender process & ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives
- Create captivating content, including ads, brochures, website content, and social media posts
- Drive engagement and growth on social media platforms to expand our online presence
- Plan and organise company events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Support senior executives by assisting with any ad hoc needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the Building & Construction industry
- Proven experience in Adobe InDesign
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- You take initiative, ask questions and drive for results
- Team player mentality with the ability to work well with all stakeholders
