Location - Inner suburbs, Melbourne
Salary - $80,000 - $100,000 + super

- Work closely with the senior leadership team to help shape the direction of the business
Reporting straight to the Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Progressing projects from concept through to tender
- Obtain brief and preliminary site info from client in initial meeting alongside the team
- Craft existing designs from a technical perspective and once complete, ensure the new designs are crafted during the documentation stage
- Establish project brief and budget to obtain endorsement by a client and other interested parties and to meet contractual agreements throughout the course of the project
- Work with the team to create an architectural design through the exercise of knowledge, imagination, judgement, and professional responsibility, working independently and in collaboration with others
- Ensure that the team fulfils the commitments that the company has made to its clients through the design, documentation, and administration of the building contract
- Design with sustainability in mind with regards to building form, orientation, materials, and systems
To be considered for this role my client are looking for you to possess the following;
- A proven track record of experience as an Architect in Australia (ideally a minimum of 5 years)
- Recent experience with Revit demonstrating a good level of competency
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
