Name: Bridget Position: Marketing Coordinator Time in Role: 8 Months
Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got to Fetch I graduated with a Bachelor of Media and Communications at the end of 2020 and started working here in August of 2021. I begun my time at Fetch as an Administrative Assistant - helping in accounts receivable and managing our social media accounts. Six months later I was promoted to Marketing Coordinator.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch? Two things, the flexibility: I love being able to work from home. Autonomy: Fetch have really trusted my creativity.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment or your industry? Recruitment: I think a lot of Australians don’t know what recruitment is and how it works. It’s been cool to see behind the scenes and it’s nice to see that consultants genuinely want people to be happy within their working life.
The Construction Industry: Is … huge! I was so naïve before starting at Fetch and did not realise how many moving parts (and jobs) need to work together to build a building!
#1 career highlight to date? The friendships I’ve formed throughout all of my jobs are the biggest highlights for me. Winning Fetch’s ‘Ultimate Teammate’ award was cute too.

If you were on death row, what would be your last meal? An entre of cheesy garlic bread, followed by my Nonna's lasagna and then pancakes topped with chocolate and strawberries (there's no calorie counting in heaven right?)
