The Opportunity

  • Responsible for the accounts receivable function of a business; following up with debtors using various forms of communication
  • Assisting the Payroll Accountant with the function of contractor payroll
  • Assist with the return to work management of contractors
  • Assist with the OHS & compliance functions; ensuring the business and all contractors are compliant and meeting OHS obligations
  • Assisting consultants to conduct construction site safety audits
  • Assisting the business to ensure CRM data integrity and monitor consultant's data integrity
  • Assist with ad hoc office admin duties; including office supply ordering
  • Answering phone call and email enquiries
  • Administering KPI reports

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years proven administration experience. Staffing or construction experience desired but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM based workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience assisting with accounts administration.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Proven communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite
  • Ambition and the determination to succeed.
  • Positive and personable, with the ability to network at all levels.
  • Resilient and highly motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
