Siobhan recently joined us with a background in Medi-aesthetics, but has quickly proven our belief in her ability and drive to be a strong and successful recruiter. With a strong business acumen and passion for recruitment, we've seen Siobhan's first full quarter in her Residential Business Support smash previous records. Her bubbly personality and strong work ethic has allowed Siobhan fit into the team seamlessly. Everyone here at Fetch knows she's the one to watch as she launches her career in recruitment and we're so excited to have her do it with us.
Outside of the grind, you'll find Siobhan at gym, or chasing her passion for some good food and craving more travel. Our girl also loves a boogie on the dance floor (when allowed)!

Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into Recruitment.
I had previously studied and worked within the Medi-aesthetics industry. I worked as a Paramedical Skin Therapist for a number of years treating debilitating skin conditions. It was life-changing work and that’s what I enjoyed about it. Covid hit and shut down my industry, this gave me a chance to rethink my career path. I came across recruitment and saw the transferable skills. My passion in life is helping people and what better way to help people than to support candidates in landing their next big role and help clients build their business with great employees!
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
The people! I am surrounded by so many like-minded colleagues who enjoy a laugh. There is all the support you need and more. I already feel like I’ve been here for years.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment / your industry?
I wish more people knew about what Residential Construction has to offer! Before joining Fetch, I was oblivious to the abundance of Office/Business Support and Customer Service roles and the career pathways that present themselves. It is a fantastic industry to be a part of that’s only growing – and is covid proof!
Number 1 career highlight to date?
It is always a career highlight when I get to place people into stepping-stone opportunities and provide them with progression. I had a candidate tell me “Thank you for believing in me..” and that is why I do what I do.

If your life were a movie what one would it be? (and why if you can please)
I would love to be a Marvel Avenger and save humanity with my super cool powers. I’d have super strength, mind reading/psychic ability and flight. Who didn’t want to be a superhero growing up? (I still do)
If you were on death row, what would be your last meal?
My mum’s cheesy potato bake – fatty, carby goodness!
