Our Process

Define.

Take a thorough job brief - although we are specialists in our field and know what a great candidate looks like, we want to understand what a great candidate looks like in your eyes. Project and role specifics are also essential to finding the right individual.

Source.

Using our ever-growing database of over 6,000 experienced tradesmen, we will work tirelessly to find options within the timeframe specified. We will also advertiser through several methods to ensure we are searching for the best candidate.

Screen.

All Fetch Candidates are interviewed using industry and role-specific questions to ensure we have a strong understanding of their technical experience. We also have bespoke behavioural questions to tap into individuals more personal traits including attitude and reliability. Multiple reference checks are taken on every candidate focusing on workmanship, speed of work and reliability  

Inductions.

All Fetch candidates are required to have rights to work and all tickets and qualifications on file. They also complete a bespoke Workplace Health and Safety induction prior to commencing on site. 

Deliver.

We will present screened candidates detailing not only their work history but specific details on their roles and projects delivered. 

Aftercare.

We will be in regular contact with both yourself and our candidates after the placement has been finalised to ensure both parties are happy with the placement
