Supervisor / Foreman Subdivisions

Subdivision Foreman/Supervisor Wanted - Melbourne
We are looking for motivated individuals to join a growing industry where experienced Foreman/Supervisor are in high demand. You'll be front and centre of developing new residential subdivisions aross Melbournes Northwest.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day construction activities at the site

• Manage a team of tradespeople and ensure work is completed to a high standard

• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets and resource plans

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure project runs smoothly

• Ensure quality control and manage any site issues that may arise

• Attend regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

• Proven track record in supervising large-scale construction projects

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Good knowledge of construction practices and regulations

• Relevant trade qualifications or engineering degree (desirable)

• Ability to pass a police check and drug and alcohol test
