The Company
My client is a well-established builder with a solid reputation for delivering quality homes across Victoria. They have had continued growth and success and have been kicking goals year on year, thanks to their amazing staff. Due to new project wins, they are seeking experienced supervisors to commence new projects in Bendigo and the Northern suburbs.


The Position
Reporting to an extremely knowledgeable Construction Manager, you will be required to supervise different stages of the build.
Depending on your level of experience you may have added responsibilities:

• For more junior superiors you will be expected to manage up to 8 separate builds.
• Senior supervisors will be expected to manage up to 16 homes along with mentoring a junior.

They have fantastic systems and processes in place to make sure your jobs run smoothly and streamlined - all you need to do is focus on quality of the build. They are looking at getting people started in June as the project is due to start at the end of of the month, so it's a great opportunity to jump on board with new projects and see it through from start to finish.

About You:

• Must have Volume or Custom supervising experience
• Proof of tenure/ longevity at a previous/current employer
• Carpentry trade qualified preferred but not necessary
• Team oriented, genuine and down to earth personality with a willingness and want to contribute to the company's growth
• Knowledge of residential building codes and guidelines and an understanding of the Victorian Residential Construction market
• History of delivering Multiple simultaneous projects - on time and within budget
• A trade base of contacts and history of successfully handling subcontractors
