Job description
The Opportunity
  • A highly respected company with a history approaching 20 years who have great portfolio of medium density, apartment and commercial projects.
  • Site Supervisor role overseeing services, rough in and finishes on a 2 stage high end townhouse project that runs well into 2024
  • You will be joining a great team environment comprising Site Manager, existing Site Supervisor, Project Manager and Project Coordinator
 
Your Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries relating to services and finishes
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Site Manager and other Site Supervisor  managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record in supervision of residential projects – volume residential, medium density or apartment builds – please note this is a long term opportunity within their medium density division
  • An ability to demonstrate best practice in OHS - Certificate III or IV in OHS would be beneficial though not essential.
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
  • Experience in utilising site safety software and defecting programs
