Requirements:
- Trade, Engineering, or similar relevant building qualifications
- Commercial building experience on projects over $30m in Australia.
- Strong structural supervision experience on multi-storey projects advantageous.
- Astute understanding on Australian building practises & regulations.
- Current First Aid certificate.

Accountabilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, materials.
- Oversee construction program and adhere to drawings & specifications.
- Effective communicate with key stakeholders, suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Ensure site safety and on-site works are carried out in a safe manner.
- Manage quality assurance.
