Job description
The Opportunity
  • Specialist builder with upcoming works in health, laboratories and science/technology works – they have secured their workload until the second half of 2025
  • New build, heavy refurbishment and specialist fitout works
  • Good work life balance and enjoyable work environment
Your Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
  • Liaison with clients, building management and other project stakeholders on a daily basis.
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects – your background could be new build and/or refurb/fitout but experience on health, labs and similarly high spec works would be highly preferred
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
