My client is a prestigious high-end residential builder specialising in luxury apartment builds with a price range of $6 million to $15 million. The Role:
  • Managing all work carried out on site 
  • Directing progress of stages and monitor compliance with construction documents
  • Interpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practice
  • Engage with sub-contractors and scheduling of work on site
  • Arranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying delivery
  • Maintaining and updating the schedule
  • Completing quality assurance inspections
  • Monitoring and controlling ETS spending

To be be considered:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager for an architectural builder is required
  • History of delivering projects up to $15M - on time and within budget
  • A trade base of contacts and history of successfully handling subcontractors
  • Trade background (ideally), carpentry highly regarded
  • Experience with two level basements is a MUST
  • Well versed with tower cranes
  • Competent working with tight access projects
