Site Manager - Commercial Construction - Eastern Suburbs Projects

The Role


You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Foreman on all of your projects. Reporting to the project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

  • Managing and scheduling subcontractors
  • Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
  • On site safety
  • Quality Management
  • Run Toolbox meetings
  • Reporting to the project Manager and relevant stakeholder


YOU

  • A proven track record in delivering projects up $10million from start to completion
  • Experince working as a site manager for a tier 3 builder in Melbourne
  • An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
  • Excellent ability to handle OH&s issues and resolutions
  • Excellent reputation and references to match
  • Leadership qualities and a great personality!
