Salary - $80k - $100k + super (negotiable for the right candidate)

Due to a consistent flow of work, an excellent retention rate and an increase in clients entrusting them, my client is now looking for a senior technician/documentor to work across their design driven multi-res projects under an excellent Senior architect!

Key Responsibilities

• Revit documentation on apartment style projects
• Be involved across all project phases from a documentation perspective
• Adding input in relevant dd and townplanning stages
• Revit modelling
• Work alongside other documentors
• Coordinate with sub consultants

Required experience

• Experience working on apartments
• 5 years experience minimum
• Proficient in Revit
• A keenness to take anything on board
• Ability to problem solve
