Senior Project Manager | Structures Formwork

With a recognised portfolio ranging over 20 years, our client's product range expands over; bridges, level crossing, water waste plants, pump stations with a reputation in formwork.

Priding themselves in concrete packages with project deliveries up to $10 Million, with two offices located in Ravenhall & Essendon they are now urgently seeking a Senior Projects Manager who will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities of the role include;

• Business Development
• Estimating and Tender Preparation
• Assist with Contract Negotiations
• Coordinating contractors & liaising with the site team
• Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you must have;

• 8+ years' experience working on concrete structures across Victoria
• Strong experience pricing concrete structures from road, rail & water waste from $1m-$15m+
• A degree qualification in engineering
• Established relationships throughout the Victorian market.
