About the role:
- Providing geological guidance during drill and blast operations to ensure optimal recovery
- Work alongside mine engineering and ops teams to develop mine plans achieving maximal recovery
- Geological mapping, samp;ing and interpretation
- Stockpile management from MOP to ROM
- Running and updating of GC Block Model
- Maintainance and implementation of QA/QC prodcedures
- Ensure adequate mark up for mining team with clear instructions from Survey
- Provide technical and managerial support for the team
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Geologists, Mine Geologists and Graduates
Experience Required:
- 4 + Years' experience in the role on Australian Mine Sites
- Competency with mining software
- Familiarity with current GC tech and practices
- Bachelors Degree (Geology)
- High level communication skills
- C-Class WA Drivers Licence
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre emplyment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
