One of Melbourne's Long-standing and Recognised Tier 3 Builders is looking for a Senior Contract Administrator
The Builder:
- A Lucrative and Respected Tier 3 builder who are looking to move into Tier 2 projects
- Detailed new builds and refurbishments in the Commercial, Health, Education and Government marketplace
- Strong client base, enabling the builder to work on some of Melbourne's most Exclusive and Exciting Projects
- Projects Range from $5mil to $70mil+
The Role:
- Leading commercial input into procurement & preparation of subcontract docs
- Negotiation of subcontract packages & subcontract administration
- Ability to interrogate progress claims, contractual claims and variations
- Ensuring effective commercial and risk management procedures
- Ensure accurate weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting of project costs
- Preparing, compiling and submission of variation orders & contractual notices
- Preparing head contract deliverables
- Liaising and effectively communicating with consultants, subcontractors and all stakeholders
About You:
- Building or Engineering related degree
- Proven track record on similar projects locally
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- Full working rights in Australia
