The Job
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing the responses to sales enquiries in relation to buildability of home building designs
Requests for customisation and structural changes to standard home building designs
Providing sales acceptance reviews on new jobs as they come into the office
Providing assessment within approved timeframes of quotes from council, developers, costing etc.
Collaborating wtih Sales Team members to provide support in relation to new build queries
To be considered
This role will suit someone who has experience within sales or estimating in an environment that is dynamic, fast-paced, and requires the use of state of the art systems and processes.
Experience in a volume estimating or drafting setting managing high-level processes and interactions
Confidence in addressing difficult settings and making decisions based on initiative, Rescode and company policy
Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive can-do attitude
Ability to prioritise, multitask and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Team player looking to contribute to a dynamic and fun team
Permanent residency
