Revit Production Draftsperson | Volume Builder | Inner Suburbs

This is an immediate, permanent position for a Production Drafter who has some experience (min 2years exp) within the volume or medium density market.

The Company
My client is a volume builder that has just recently relocated to a new & modern office in South Melbourne. Set up at the start of 2020 they are in a growth phase where they are seeking an additional drafter (junior - intermediate) to work alongside the drafting manager and help contribute to their success. They specialise in the first home buyers' market with a range of quality designed and affordable homes. Already forecasting 300 homes per year (in their first year) along with being financially backed by their successful parent company this company is going from strength to strength

Roles and Responsibilities of the Production Drafter will include

• Reporting directly into the drafting manager
• Drafting, scheduling and the production of drawings and specifications for residential volume builds
• Problem solving technical and design issues
• Working with design team to ensure client requirements met.

To be considered for the role of Production Drafter, you will need

• 2 years + production drafting experience using Revit
• Possess a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent
• Work well within a team environment.
