The Opportunity
  • A highly respected company with a history approaching 20 years who work on high spec refurb and fitout projects in corporate offices and interiors
  • Full D&C capability inhouse complemented by Lump Sum projects
  • They have secured their work for 2024 and are seeking an PM to run 1-2 projects concurrently generally up to the value of $3m

  • Subcontractor and Supplier Negotiation
  • Team Leadership
  • Contract Management
  • Risk Management
  • Contractor Communications
  • Site Team Management
  • Progress Reporting
  • Client Relations
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A track record in successful project delivery of high spec refurb and fitout projects in the commercial office space
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
  • D&C project experience would be beneficial, though not essential
